BEELD was awarded the project funded by UNDP.

The aim of this project is to rehabilitate the agricultural roads and the main water pond (بركة ريشا) in Al Bustan region to improve the condition of the roads and of the main water pond.

The project was executed in collaboration with UNDP and the Municipality of Al Bustan, South Lebanon and with the supervision of Rafik el Khoury and Partners. The works included cyclopean walls and wearing or reinforced concrete layer for roads along with all concrete works; excavation, backfilling, geomembrane, geotextile, coring and anchoring works for the main water pond.

The project was terminated due to the critical situation in the South.
