The renovation works include the existing offices and creating extra offices and a showroom in the new area.

The existing space was empty and not equipped neither as a showroom nor as an office space. The area was renovated including masonry, glazing, woodwork, finishes and MEP as two phases. Phase III included the supply and installation of ON-OFF GRID 36kW with availability of EDL/GEN Source and PV system of 35.42 kWp.
